Kaylee Groff, D.C.
Dr. Kaylee moved to the Tampa Bay area at two years old and grew up in Hillsborough and Pasco counties. She was a multi-sport athlete which lead to many injuries causing her to seek chiropractic care in order to maintain her health. She decided as a high school senior that she was going to be a Chiropractor.
After high school, Dr. Kaylee attended Florida State University where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. She is a board-certified Athletic Trainer and has worked with many sports teams on and off the field. After graduating from FSU, she continued on her path to becoming a Chiropractor and was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. She sought to learn more about holistic living for children, athletes, and families. She received her Doctorate degree before moving back to the Tampa area and has decided her next goal is to make this community one of the healthiest in the country
Kaitlyn grew up in Green Bay Wisconsin and moved to the Tampa Bay Area at the age of 14. After graduating from high school she attended Southeastern University for Ministerial Leadership while interning at Grace Family Church for 4 years. Kaitlyn has been apart of the Navigate Family since February of 2019 and has loved seeing the transformation in people's lives though principled chiropractic care.
Her favorite thing is to see people get back to living out their God given purpose without the worry of their body functioning improperly.
Born in New York, but raised in Florida, Valerie has always sought to pursue helping others. She has spent many years in kids and youth ministry, as well as many hours of community service. What she is most passionate about, is being able to educate others that drugs and surgery are not the only option, but that there is a more conservative healthcare option out there.
She wishes she knew about chiropractic sooner, so she wants to make sure nobody has to have her experience, and they can be ahead of the game on their health!
She also dedicates her time to music, baking, art and mentoring younger girls. Although she is an introvert, there's nothing she loves more than connecting with others and sharing life stories, and uplifting others even through the smallest actions. Navigate Chiropractic has become a place for her to do just that.
