Chiropractor & Co-founder
Kaylee Groff, D.C.
Dr. Kaylee moved to the Tampa Bay area at two years old and grew up in Hillsborough and Pasco counties. She was a multi-sport athlete which lead to many injuries causing her to seek chiropractic care in order to maintain her health. She decided as a high school senior that she was going to be a Chiropractor.
After high school, Dr. Kaylee attended Florida State University where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. She is a board-certified Athletic Trainer and has worked with many sports teams on and off the field. After graduating from FSU, she continued on her path to becoming a Chiropractor and was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. She sought to learn more about holistic living for children, athletes, and families. She received her Doctorate degree before moving back to the Tampa area and has decided her next goal is to make this community one of the healthiest in the country
Born in New York, but raised in Florida, Valerie has always sought to pursue helping others. She has spent many years in kids and youth ministry, as well as many hours of community service. What she is most passionate about, is being able to educate others that drugs and surgery are not the only option, but that there is a more conservative healthcare option out there.
She wishes she knew about chiropractic sooner, so she wants to make sure nobody has to have her experience, and they can be ahead of the game on their health!
She also dedicates her time to music, baking, art and mentoring younger girls. Although she is an introvert, there's nothing she loves more than connecting with others and sharing life stories, and uplifting others even through the smallest actions. Navigate Chiropractic has become a place for her to do just that.
Lauren was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Her mother's career as a nurse taught her the importance of health and wellness while her father's career in customer service showed her how to anticipate and facilitate other's needs. She attended the University of Florida where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and first learned about alternative methods of healing.
She is excited to combine the skills gained from her previous work experience in customer service and animal welfare to assist Navigate Chiropractic practice members on their wellness journeys.
During her personal time you'll find her walking the Pinellas Trail with her rescue dog or crafting toys for the shelter animals of the Humane Society of Pinellas.
Gianna was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She moved to Tampa in June of 2020 after serving in the U.S. Army and is currently persuing her bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality Management. Navigate has given her the opportunity to educate others on the benefits of chiropractic care and how chiropractic can change the lives of families to come.
I was born and raised in Litchfield, Illinois but have lived in Tampa for 3 years. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from the University of Tampa and am currently enrolled in the Master of Exercise and Nutrition Science! My goal is to become a Physician Assistant and specialize in oncology.
Outside of school, my hobbies include reading, relaxing at the pool or beach, and spending time with family and friends. One fun fact about me: I play the piano, flute, saxophone, violin, and guitar! Family is the most important aspect of my life and some of my fondest memories come from vacations with my parents! I would have to say my favorite vacation was a 2-week tour through Alaska and Canada (British Columbia & Yukon Territory).
I am thankful to Dr. Kace and Dr. Kaylee for allowing me to join the Navigate Chiropractic team and elevate my experience in the healthcare field!
