Dr. Kace and Dr. Kaylee had the opportunity to work together in the largest chiropractic office in the Northeast U.S. located in Newburgh, New York. Here they gained additional training in pediatrics, pregnancy, and holistic family care. They are both Board Certified with Proficiency in the Webster Technique and Torque Release Technique.

Kace Groff, D.C.
Dr. Kace is a native of Sheldon, IA where he grew up with his brother and two sisters, and was a multi-sport athlete. He attended Morningside College where he double majored in Biology and Chemistry and was also a successful track athlete. Encountering various sports injuries he wanted to know more about how to improve the body's ability to function while healing in a natural environment.
He continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic and Bachelors in Life Sciences. At Palmer, Dr. Kace was the Vice-President of his graduating class and actively involved in AMPED which is derived around the mentorship of successful chiropractic leaders. He is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations, Florida Chiropractic Society, he is Webster Certified and specializes in the most advanced chiropractic techniques.

Kaylee Groff, D.C.
Dr. Kaylee moved to the Tampa Bay area at two years old and grew up in Hillsborough and Pasco counties. She was a multi-sport athlete which lead to many injuries causing her to seek chiropractic care in order to maintain her health. She decided as a high school senior that she was going to be a Chiropractor.
After high school, Dr. Kaylee attended Florida State University where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. She is a board-certified Athletic Trainer and has worked with many sports teams on and off the field. After graduating from FSU, she continued on her path to becoming a Chiropractor and was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. She sought to learn more about holistic living for children, athletes, and families. She received her Doctorate degree before moving back to the Tampa area and has decided her next goal is to make this community one of the healthiest in the country
Erica Whittaker, D.C.
Dr. Erica was born and raised in Centreville, VA playing soccer from the age of 5 and throughout high school. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015 where she majored in exercise science. Her passion for holistic health care started after her diagnosis of scoliosis where she discovered the amazing benefits of chiropractic.
She continued her education at Life University in Marietta, GA where she earned her doctorate of chiropractic degree. Dr. Erica is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and certified in the Webster technique as well as Torque Release Technique. She is passionate about empowering families to achieve optimal health through chiropractic care.
Lauren was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Her mother's career as a nurse taught her the importance of health and wellness while her father's career in customer service showed her how to anticipate and facilitate other's needs. She attended the University of Florida where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and first learned about alternative methods of healing.
She is excited to combine the skills gained from her previous work experience in customer service and animal welfare to assist Navigate Health & Wellness practice members on their wellness journeys.
During her personal time you'll find her walking the Pinellas Trail with her rescue dog or crafting toys for the shelter animals of the Humane Society of Pinellas.
Gianna was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She moved to Tampa in June of 2020 after serving in the U.S. Army and is currently persuing her bachelors in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality Management. She has been receiving chiropractic care since the age of 11. Navigate has given her the opportunity to educate others on the benefits of chiropractic care and how chiropractic can change the lives of families to come.
