FAQ's for Pediatrics
When would my child need to see a Chiropractor?
The sooner the better! Our children face challenges beginning as early as their trip through the birth canal. Then they learn to walk, run, crash, play sports, sit at a computers and the list goes on and on. All of these experiences can cause the joints to lock up (subluxation), muscles then spasm and the nervous system becomes limited in communication. Just like going to the dentist, it is a good habit to check in with a chiropractor even when everything is going great.
If your child is experiencing any physical health problems, or pain, this is not normal. Drs. Kace and Kaylee can determine if the problem is related to spinal subluxation causing faulty communication between the body and the brain.
Will my child have to go to a Chiropractor for the rest of their life?
No. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do when it comes to your child's healthcare. And you do not have to continue taking your child to the chiropractor after their original condition is resolved, but you may want to. Many parents choose to bring their children in periodically for a check-up because they observe the benefits their child receives during chiropractic care and they want a proactive approach to healthcare.
